Returns
At Curated Frame Art Gallery, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure that every piece you purchase brings you joy. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it under the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and securely packaged in its original or equivalent protective packaging.
- Custom commissions or personalized artwork are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
2. Return Process
- Notify Us: Email us at contact@curatedframeartgallery.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, reason for return, and photographs if the item is damaged.
- Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Shipping Back the Work: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to damage or a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the returned artwork and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong artwork:
- Contact us immediately at contact@curatedframeartgallery.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will either offer a full refund, a replacement (if applicable), or help facilitate a return at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different piece, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
