Welcome to CuratedFrame Art Gallery. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or engaging with our gallery, you accept these Terms in full.

1. About CuratedFrame Art Gallery

CuratedFrame Art Gallery is an online and developing physical art platform that connects artists with collectors and the public. We showcase, promote, and help sell artworks from local and international artists.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our services or submit your artwork.

3. Artist Submissions & Representation

• You must be the sole creator and owner of any artwork you submit.
• By submitting artwork, you grant CuratedFrame Art Gallery a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, promote, and distribute your artwork online, in digital marketing, social media, print, and potential exhibitions.
• You agree to provide clear and accurate information regarding title, dimensions, medium, year of creation, and pricing.
• Artists retain all copyrights of their work.

4. Sales, Commission & Payment

• CuratedFrame Art Gallery will deduct a 35% commission from the final sale price of any artwork sold through our platform or affiliated exhibitions.
• The remaining 65% will be paid to the artist within 14–30 business days after confirmation of a successful sale and artwork delivery.
• Artists are responsible for the safe packaging of the artwork. Shipping and handling may be coordinated or charged separately, depending on the arrangement.

5. Promotion & Digital Display

• Your artwork may be featured on our website, social media channels, newsletters, or other marketing materials.
• Artists may be selected for blog features, interviews, or other promotional opportunities.
• CuratedFrame reserves the right to curate the frequency and format of featured artworks.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CuratedFrame or its artists and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of our website content without explicit written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent yourself or your artwork
• Use the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Upload malicious content (e.g., viruses, malware, spam)
• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or collaboration without notice if Terms are violated or if the content is inappropriate or fraudulent.

9. Limitation of Liability

CuratedFrame Art Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website, failed transactions, or technical issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Northern Ireland’s courts.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
